Support Policy

We provide support services for our products to Clients with active memberships. Our Team allows Clients to allow their End Users to receive support services separately. Product Support is provided via Support Ticket and Chat. We do not provide any support via comments, Twitter, phone call, Skype or any other means. Upon subscription expiration or account closure, a Client’s (including their End Users) access to support is terminated.

We provide support for its own products only. We do not provide support for third-party products or services (including hosting), nor do we provide support for our own products when obtained through third-parties. Our products are provided as it is. We do not provide support with product customization, alteration or feature addition, nor do we guarantee that our products will be compatible with third-party software or services.

We check the support platforms usually every workday (Monday through Friday), and sometimes on weekends. But please do not expect to get a reply on Saturday and Sunday. Please keep in mind that due to the time difference instant support may not be possible. We will get back to you from few minutes to 24 hours time (working days).

As a part of our Service, we may offer links to hosting providers and websites operated by various third-parties and are not responsible or liable for any acts or omissions created or performed by these third-parties.
